 This was when you were 2 weeks old and you were about to make Daddy very dirty.

 This is when you were one month and you loved your Dash and Dixie

 This is when you were two months and you started sleeping in your crib.

 This is when you were three months and you learned to hold your head up while you were on your belly.

 This is when you were four months and you loved to sit in your Bumbo.

 This is when you were five months and we started trying solid foods. You loved avocado!

 This is when you were six months and we went to Texas.

 This is when you were seven months and you learned to roll to things you wanted

 This is when you were eight months and it snowed for the first time.

 This is when you were nine months and you learned to scoot to your book shelf and pull the books off.

 This is when you were ten months and you learned to pull up on things like window sills.

 This is when you were eleven months and you learned to use a spoon by yourself.

 This is when you were twelve months and you took your first steps by yourself, but you still like to hold hands.

Happy First Birthday Munchkin!

It's time for Munchkin's First Birthday Party!

Milestones without pictures

Munchkin took her first steps in the last couple days. I mean, really, she's just taking a couple steps as she falls to the floor, but steps nonetheless! In Colorado, she would let go of the bed, take a step, and then grab back on to something else. Now she is taking a few steps towards nothing in particular. We tried to get her to walk from one parent to another and she wouldn't do it, but she would take off running into the unknown. Hopefully, pictures soon!

Colorado Springs

Before our weekend goes all crazy here are the pictures from our trip to Colorado Springs. We had some great family time, and Munchkin did great in the car. I think we are going to start looking for hotels that have suite in them now. It was not much fun having to eat dinner in the dark while Munchkin slept in her pack-n-play. 

We visited the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Munchkin loved it.

 They had some pretty neat exhibits and really good habitats

 Of course, the zoo is halfway up a mountain so Mister and Lady needed a breather part way through. Fortunately there was a good playground. Munchkin found an AhHa to play with. Get it? It's an anthill... like Aunt Hil...
